Meridian Capital Launches 500 Million Dollar Fund Targeting Middle-Market Manufacturers

Meridian Capital has closed a 500 million dollar fund focused on middle-market industrial and manufacturing businesses across North America. The fund will pursue majority investments in companies with durable cash flow and clear operational upside.

Meridian said it has already committed capital to two platform acquisitions and expects to deploy the fund over the next three years.
