Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information online-pressroom.com ("Online Pressroom," "we," "us"), operated by Snake River Strategies, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Reading the site: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) via our hosting provider, Cloudflare, plus analytics data described below.

Contact form: your name, email address, and message, so we can respond.

AI Tools Directory submissions: the tool information you enter (name, website, descriptions, pricing, FAQ, keywords, logo URL) and your name and email address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and the email you used at checkout, but we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To operate the site, publish directory listings you have paid for and approved, send transactional email about your submission (confirmation, preview link, publication notice), respond to messages, and understand aggregate readership. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email to submission contacts.

Third-party services

We use Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection via Turnstile), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and Google AdSense (advertising, which may use cookies to personalize ads). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Ad and analytics cookies can be controlled through your browser settings and Google's ad settings.

Retention

Directory submissions are retained while the listing is live and for our business records. Contact messages are retained as long as needed to handle the inquiry. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see below); note that published listings are business records of a paid transaction and the listing itself may remain live per our terms.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and accounting obligations. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond promptly.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
